Two days ago I posted a logic puzzle can ‘supposedly’ be solved by only 2% of the population. I say ‘supposedly’ because I’m always suspicious of statistics and there is no way to know if this is accurate or not. But what is certain is that it’s a challenging puzzle for most people. I solved it easily but I need to add that I LOVE logic puzzles and do them often which gives me an advantage. If you haven’t done many of them it will definitely be tougher. So here is the puzzle, again, and then the answers.
THE PUZZLE
There are five houses.
The Englishman lives in the red house.
The Spaniard owns the dog.

Kools are smoked in the yellow house.
Milk is drunk in the middle house.
The Norwegian lives in the first house.
The man who smokes Chesterfields lives in the house next to the man with the fox.
Kools are smoked in the house next to the house where the horse is kept.
